Clifford A. Rahn, Sr., 95, of Muhlenberg Township, died May 14, 2021 at Tower Health - Reading Hospital, West Reading.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mildred M. (Kauffman) Rahn on February 10, 2011
Born, November 9, 1925
, in Reading, he was a son of the late Charles and Helen (Delong) Rahn.
Clifford proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during World War II.
He was employed as a truck driver with Interstate Container for 45 years, retiring in 1987.
Clifford enjoyed traveling and bowling.
A rollercoaster enthusiast, he loved taking his grandchildren to amusement parks.
Clifford was a member of Temple Fire Company and Teamster Union 429.
Surviving are his four children: Clifford A. Rahn, Jr., husband of Kim V. of Muhlenberg Township; Judith A., wife of James J. Kondisko, Sr. of Muhlenberg Township; Mary A., wife of Ken Anspach of Palmyra; and Helen M. Miller of Muhlenberg Township.
Other survivors include 14 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 11 great-great grandchildren.
In addition, he is survived by three siblings: Morris, husband of Judy Rahn of Wyomissing; Harrison, husband of Doris Rahn of Leesport; Leslie, husband of Nancy Rahn of Womelsdorf.
Clifford was preceded in death by six siblings: Donald Rahn, Jack Rahn, Russell Rahn, Kenneth Rahn, Eugene Rahn, and Gloria Reaser.
Funeral Services will be held Monday, May 24 th at 11 a.m. at Stitzel Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc., 3300 Kutztown Rd., Laureldale.
Viewings will be held Sunday evening from 5-7 p.m. and Monday morning from 10-11 a.m. at the funeral home. Entombment will follow the service at Gethsemane Cemetery, Muhlenberg Township.
