Barbara Ann Forney, 79 of Temple, passed away March 14, 2021 in her home. She was the wife of the late Vernon Howard Forney, who passed away in 2012.
Born July 13, 1941 in West Reading, PA, she was the daughter of the late Park Weaver and Edith Eleanor (Selig) Bryan.
Barbara was a 1959 graduate of Governor Mifflin High School.
She was employed by Carpenter Technology as a secretary before retiring in 1999.
Barbara enjoyed gardening and traveling.
She is survived by her son Barry L. Kerschner of Exeter, a granddaughter Valerie M. Kerschner of Wyomissing.
She was preceded in death by her son William W. Kerschner and a brother James R. Bryan.
A viewing will be held on Saturday from 10-11 am from the Stitzel Funeral Home, 3300 Kutztown Road, Laureldale. Burial will be Mohnsville Cemetery.
